Right on schedule, the Motorola DROID RAZR HD is now available from Verizon. For $199, one can order the smartphone via the carrier's website, assuming they don't mind signing a new 2-year service agreement. Also available for purchase is its beefier brother – the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD priced at $299, which has all the hardware specs of the former model, save for the larger 3300mAh battery behind its back plate...
