I remember this phone being all buzz and zero show. I'd go for something else especially since it's a Motorola phone that will likely be forgotten when it's time for the next Android update.

I had a bug riddled thunderbolt. I loved the hell out of that phone. But it just didn't work right. Long story short, I got a free Bionic! Love this phone a ton! But the screen and camera are both not so great. It better get the ICS update.

I got the Thunderbolt 3 months after release and it served me well without any notable bugs to speak of and the battery life was much better after GB. I then found a cheap Droid Charge on craigslist and began using that out of curiosity. Quite nice, battery life was decent in light to moderate usage and lasted a long time in stand by. TouchWiz was a bit slower than the Sense UI on the TB and it had some text wraparound issues on the browser. The Droid Charge has been sold off and the Thunderbolt is my backup/ ROMing phone.
I'm now using a Droid Bionic that I got off craigslist for cheap and the extended battery was included. At first the pentile display did take some getting used to as did the new MotoBlur. Now I'm enjoying the Bionic a lot and the battery life is really good with both the regular and extended batteries. The extended battery for the Bionic was intelligently designed as it didn't add much bulk to the phone nor did it give the phone an odd look. I think I'll be holding onto the Bionic for quite some time as it's a reallly good smartphone and has given me a favorable impression on Motorola's new version of MotoBlur. Thankfully it's slated to get ICS in Q3 (hopefully sooner).
