Motorola ATRIX HD to ship with locked bootloader "to meet requirements"

A day after Samsung and Verizon announced a special Developer Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S III with an unlocked bootloader, Motorola sent out a tweet to say that due to "requirements" the Motorola ATRIX HD will ship with a locked bootloader...

Its understandable but I don't like it...It takes for ever for the unlocked boot loader app...

The Atrix line started out a beuty and ended up as beast. Does anyone actually think the Arix has become a prettier phone over the years?
