Deal: Buy a Moto Z Play, get a free JBL speaker

While Motorola may be getting ready to release a Moto Z2 Play, for now, the original Moto Z Play (launched last August) remains one of the best upper-mid-range smartphones in the US. So, if you want to purchase the original Z Play, Motorola has a pretty sweet deal for you: from now and until May 6, the company is giving away a free MotoMod with the handset. More exactly, the free MotoMod is the JBL SoundBoost Speaker, which normally costs $79.99.

Unfortunately, the Moto Z Play is no longer available for $50 off (as it was earlier this month), so it currently costs $449.99. Nevertheless, you're still looking at a $79.99 save - that is, of course, if you're finding the JBL speaker useful.

To actually see the $79.99 discount, you'll need to add both the Moto Z Play and the speaker to your cart, and enter the code FREESPEAKER before checkout. Mind you, the deal is available only via Motorola's website, and only in the US - see the source link below. Also of note is that Verizon's Moto Z Play Droid is not included in the offer, only the unlocked Moto Z Play is.
