So far, we have seen three separate leaks that put the Verizon release date for the Motorola Moto X on August 23rd, but a new report says that may be the release date for all four major carriers in the U.S. And, the report also states that the annoying exclusivity of Moto Maker on AT&T may only last until November...

That would be perfect if all major carriers launched the moto x at the same time. Makes a lot more sense to do so.

Still don't understand why AT&T should get any Moto Maker exclusivity, unless it's just a pilot program to gauge customer interest, and they can only handle with one carrier version at the start. The bigger question is why Moto would only offer AT&T the 32 GB version at launch. That's just foolish.

AT&T probably gave Motorola a deal it couldn't refuse for a period of limited exclusivity. Some might remember that it was AT&T who first gave the iPhone a chance and had exclusive rights to it for years.
At the same time, I'm sure Motorola knows this is too big a selling point to make and is making sure the exclusivity doesn't last too long.

I still don't get how an OEM can present a phone and not give solid details as to when it will be available.
Every manufacturer should give pricing, model options, when one can begin pre-ordering it and when it will ship.

That's not going too help X phone with sales if the greedy company like AT&T hogging the neat feature with MOTO MAKER and also keeping the 32GB model all too itself
