It's once again confirmed that the HTC Excalibur will be a quad-band GSM/EDGE device and will have Wi-Fi support. Yet there's still nothing new about the rest of the specs and features of the QWERTY smartphone. But some better pictures (see below) of the handset have surfaced and the innovative touch jog strip is now clearly seen. It will be used for scrolling, as well as “Home” and “Go Back” button. We also get a better idea of Excalibur's dimensions as it's pictured next to a Blackberry device (7250 as it looks), and although the Blackberry is a bit bulky, we can still assume that the new HTC handset has a pretty decent size for a smartphone and will be a good bet against Motorola's Q and Samsung's i320. The info is that the Excalibur will hit the US market before the end of the year but we should wait and see.
