1520 is huge, though I think the Icon is perfect. I test drove it at the store, perfect size.

This kills me when all news continually keeps coming for WP and they call it leaks. Has everyone forgot that this is Microsoft and a closed platform still. These are not leaks, this is to keep 4 year old WP continually in the eyes of the public. Hey I am here still, buy me. This is coming and that is always coming to WP. You never here the other mobile platforms do that. With 950 million phones between Android and iOS last year. Then along comes WP with 30 million. This tells everything.

Why does it bother you so much?.. Just leave it alone, and get a life..

If you don't like WP then just get over it.. Ignore the articles, but quit complaining.

I guarantee once you get the 1520 you will never want to go back to other phones, especially once you get use to the size. Anyone that use it will let you know after using it for a few days you get use to it, just like how people went from galaxy to galaxy note. It will feel big at first, but a day or three with it and you will never want to use a smaller phone again. Internet explorer is beautiful on it, so viewing websites will look fantastic, do not forget it have a big battery, I posted a picture the other day my phone average 2 days and 9 hours before I charge, and my longest time before charging is 3 days and 19 hours. The icon cannot give you good battery life like that, plus the 1520 allow you to add to your memory with a micro sd card. I forgot to say 1520 have glance support, it looks so cool, the Icon cannot get it, but trust me get a Red 1520 and put the glance in red, your phone will catch everyone attention.

The phone is just so beautiful and huge, plus I've always wanted a phablet so now would be a good opportunity to try one out after everything with windows phone is ironed out.

Any general idea on when this update would release?

I am looking to switch to WP and thought the 1520 would be perfect. I had a Note 2 but it's dead and now stuck with a cheap Nexus 4 with a crappy camera and battery, and i've read enough reviews to know that the 1520 have both kick ass camera and battery life.
Plus am used to big sizes since i've used a Note 2 for 1.5 years and now the nexus 4 is a toy in my hand and strains my brain.

Can you move apps to sd card?

i got a Class 10 64gb one mostly used for videos photos, but moving apps to it would be a plus.

I hear you. I've been a huge Android fan for years. Since I started using Win 8.1 at home I've been wanting to try a WP. Don't care for Phablets... 1020 or Icon.

I hope there will be five quick setting toggles instead of four because there seems to be space for one more button. And my send wish is that they bring other options to the app list like the option to make it grid and even set a background image.

It sounds like Microsoft May have jacked something from our friends north of the border. I will wait until I see it fully in action, but it does sound like the BB10 Priority Hub.

Sure it can, thats why note 3 destroys it in every single department besides design. Its just a big WP8, has nothing exciting or innovative to make people buy it. Note 3 has s-pen which might be a gimmick its still something extra to have on a big phone, not to mention note 3 multi tasking with 2 apps at the same time on the screen and much more.

What's this "Note 3" contraption you speak of?

i've had a note 2 for 1.5 years then it died on me. during all it's time with me i've only pulled out the stylus 3 times maybe; the first time i got it, a 2nd time to scribble around and waste some time, and a 3rd and final time to scratch my back.

Though I understand the stylus on the Note 3 is a totally different story, my friend got it and he says it's useful, though never seen him use it. i think it's one of those "it's cool and useful" features but no one bothers with it, so it's just there to defend.
