More alleged shots of the iPhone 4S internals leak, dual-core A5 stamped and ready to hum

From the newly leaked pics we see the A5 mark loud and clear, with what looks to be an AT&T card inside the SIM card tray. The affordable iPhone 4S is supposed to go to emerging markets, predominantly China, and fight against the Android onslaught there...

Wait, wait, wait. There's one thing that I don't understand: If the iPhone 4S / 4+ will sport the A5 chip, what kind of processor will carry the brand new iPhone 5? The same?? This doesn't make sense!! Perhaps Apple will surprise us with another Chip or maybe the same A5 chip but with improved speed (1.5Ghz or faster).

wait, I thought specs are not important for iPhone users, experience is what counts isn't it? just make the iPhone 4S run 1Ghz, while the iPhone 5 run 1.2Ghz plus all the glass/aluminum metal body, that ought to be enough to differentiate them ;) I'm sure iFans will be all over it.

Why do you answer for iPhone users. If they like iPhone why not buy the newest version. The processors and RAM and all those things doesn't matter to them because the iPhone has never disappointed. It only matters to those guys who want buy phones and make sure it has good hardware.

I would say a much better battery. Probably, but unlikely, 4G.bigger screen. A modified version of the A5 with more RAM or higher frequency, probably. Or who knows the A6 processor, but that is very, very unlikely.

The iphone 5 will most likely have the same specs and chipset as the 4S / 4+, but the 5 will be slimmer with a bigger screen.

It won't be enough to differenciate very much from one model to the other.
Apple must have some new features / specs for the iPhone 5 that will make the difference.

There is no difference between iPhones. Only dummies things that there is something different, like "retina" display that is so unusual and stupid.
Because of lack of functionality, Apple make such s**ts, like FaceTime, what a name!!! Just reinvented video calls :). And ofcourse - design. That's the only original thing. Somehow...

I agree with SpanishDeveloper. There's gotta be some kinda significant difference between the 2 models. maybe the 4+/4S will only sport a 5mp camera and the current iPhone 4 form? Like it said with this article, its mainly for the Chinese. Most of the Chinese haven't get a taste of the iPhone yet

There're more iphone users in China and SEA than you thought. ppl who want other to look at them enviously and not knowing how to actually use a smartphone mostly. PPl who like to tinker with their phones and play around with it prefer Android.

I think this was the original iPhone 5 internals I think the iPhone 4 plus or what ever was a last minute addition when apple realized their specs would be middle of the pack. I don't. Think well see a iPhone 5 till late in the year or next.

yawn looks like this years islave products are almost exact same as last years models, islaves must be off their bowing knees in celibration!
Apple must be really worried about these 'new' phones being banned in europe,so much so that they vommited, the vommit landed on islaves at their feet and they just bathe in the mess

typical... apple handsets are put on sale months after rival devices and yet they will say that cutting edge technology is inside...even though most other manufacturers gave had dual core hi-res screens etc. implemented in their devices for months prior to apples release of the "new" iphone

well for on thing if the five dont have LTE i am not even going to bother to up grade it seams even with the bigger screen and the a5 chip and what ever els is just nit enough for me. The other thing is i wonder if all the screw locations are going to be in the same location for the iphone 4s as they are with the 4(i doubt it but it would be cool) because all you would have to do is get an iphone 4s and than buy a replacement screen fromm a buyer and presto you have gorilla glass.
