Minor Motorola CLIQ XT update is starting to roll out

As we reported earlier, approximately 1,000 lucky Motorola CLIQ XT smartphone owners would be the first to eventually see the latest update for the handset. Now that things turned out extremely well with no major problems arising from it, the official update is now being rolled out to everyone else. For those owners who didn't receive the notification regarding the update just yet, they cam simply manually check for the update so they can get situated with the 1.31.44 software update that brings along some much needed enhancements to complete the experience. Although it may fix some bugs on the handset and increase its performance, owners still dreaming about Android 2.1 will still have to wait some time this summer when it's supposed to be releasee some time in Q2.
