Middle plate for the BlackBerry Z30/A10 leaks, confirms some of the phone's specs
Earlier this year, BlackBerry CEO Thorsten Heins revealed that there was one high-end BlackBerry 10 model in particular that made him excited. This model, which Heins said was going to be released for the holiday season, appears to be the BlackBerry Aristo. The device also has been called the BlackBerry A10 and the Z30.

Regardless of what the Canadian OEM decides to name the phone, it will be the largest-screened 'Berry in history with a 5 inch, AMOLED display. In addition to earlier leaks revealing the model's specs, the size of the screen also happens to be printed on the phone's middle plate, which leaked out in a photograph from ETrade Supply. The printing on the plate also confirms that the handset will be powered by a 2800mAh cell.

Last week, we passed along to you the latest speculation that the phone would be named the BlackBerry Z30 instead of the earlier A10 moniker. That would seem to make sense since the first all-touch model for the platform came to market as the BlackBerry Z10 and the Aristo is also an all-touch device. The middle plate seems to confirm the Z30 name with a line that reads BlackBerry Z00 printed below the specs belonging to the battery.

With a launch expected in November, there is still plenty of time for more pictures and information to leak out for the phone that puts the spring in Thorsten Heins' step. With Nokia and Microsoft trying their hardest to sustain the momentum that Windows Phone has picked up lately, whatever BlackBerry calls its new flagship, it could be the manufacturer's last chance to remain relevant.
