I have used all 3 side by side, they all have their strengths but it really comes down to, how will you use it.

With Cortana I use it for geo based reminders all the time.

Example: "when I visit the store, remind me to pickup ..." and low and behold when I get to the store (either the one saved or the one I choose which comes in handy) it dings. This comes in handy cause I don't get the ding to pick up pet food when I hit my grocery store, cause it knows I set the store to petsmart.

I also use it to set person reminders, like I forget tons when I talk to the fiancé, so when I need to remember something, a simple, "When I call (nickname) remind me about ...."

Cortana can read aloud my texts. A thing Google Now and Siri cant do. I can reply or call back just by dictating to her, without touching my phone.
Also when you send a text with time in it, she asks if you want to set an appointment. How nifty.
The best part is, most of her activities can be done offline.

Google Now "What's up?" and it'll read all of your texts out loud.
