Microsoft investigating recent issues with Windows Phone Marketplace

Not only was the Windows Phone Marketplace not accessible, but users were also not able to update applications that had already been downloaded. This recent outage was the second time that the Windows Phone Marketplace went down. Back in May the Marketplace was unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
Microsoft claims that the issues with connecting to the Windows Phone Marketplace are intermittent and apologized for any inconveniences. Have any of you had issues connecting to the Marketplace recently? Tell us what you think in the comments below.

It didn't worked for a minute or two O_o. I checked it and i got an error and after few minutes checked it again and it was fine ... though it was some kind of problem with my data connection :)

Boy, if only more companies just owned up to problems. All networks will have gliches and failures. Just be forthcoming, and deal with it.

i had to reset my password on my account after trying to connect mulitple time it blocked me

Could you please create longer hair for the female avatar and put in some ball gowns need more lady looking things in there and some different type of shoes too. I buy a lot of the clothes .. But need more choices when it comes to hair, make up . eye lashes stuff like that thank you.
