Microsoft has just officially unveiled Windows 8.1 and it is bringing a ton of new features, and finally enabling support for high-res displays…

Are they scaling up the standard WP size 200% vertical & horizontal as well? Are we looking at 1600x960, not 1920x1080?

The Surface Pro is, yes. And the Surface is 16:9 as well (1366 x 768). I was referring to phones though. They currently use a 16:10 aspect, either 800x480 or 1280x768. I wonder what they'll use in the next generation.
