A filing with the Western District of Washington reveals that both Microsoft and Motorola Mobility have asked the judge hearing their FRAND relared patent case to keep under seal, certain sensitive parts of each firm's testimony such as Motorola Mobility's licensing deals with third parties and Microsoft's marketing plans for future products...
