Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual SIM launches in India
The first Lumia phone with a model number starting with a 4 is now on sale in India. The Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual SIM is an entry-level model priced at the equivalent of $100. The phone can be purchased in either black or white from Microsoft India's online store, and eventually the device will be available in bright green and bright orange.

The Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual SIM features a 4-inch screen with resolution of 480 x 800. The pixel density works out to 233ppi. Under the hood is a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 CPU with the Adreno 302 GPU handling graphics. 1GB of RAM is on board with 8GB of native storage. In the likely event that you need additional memory, a 128GB capacity microSD slot is available. A 2MP camera on back does not have auto focus or flash, and the camera on the front of the phone weighs in at .3MP. A 1560mAh battery keeps the lights on. And from its name, you can tell that this variant of the Lumia 435 offers Dual SIM slots for its users.

As we can see from the video promo made by Microsoft, the Lumia 435 Dual SIM comes with Windows Phone 8.1 and the Lumia Denim update pre-installed. That means that depending on the region, the phone supports voice-activated virtual personal assistant (and prognosticator extraordinaire) Cortana, the Word Flow swipe to type keyboard, and other recently added new features.
