MetroPCS introduces the ZTE Avid 4G

Last month, we showed you a leaked picture of the ZTE Avid 4G, a new Android model for MetroPCS; on Thursday, the pre-paid carrier introduced the device which runs on Android 4.0 and includes a messaging app called joyn which allows you to send free IMs, make calls over the internet and enables video calling; the ZTE Avid 4G is available for $149 from MetroPCS with no contract required...

Good move. A medium range decent 4G capable phone. 4.1 would have made it better.
