With the economy going the way it is right now, MetroPCS is stepping up their game with their myMetro service. Customers are provided the ability to manage their account on-the-go. Rather than calling up their customer service line, subscribers will be able to use the application to check an account balance, pay bills, add money to the MetroPCS pre-pay bucket, change rate plans and features, and modify myMetro settings. This empowers the user to manage their account on the go using their handset. This is yet another step in them understanding the needs of their subscribers and provide excellent service. Most notably, they have been awarded “Highest In Customer Satisfaction With Wireless Prepaid Service” by J.D. Power and Associates.
