Where's my microscope glasses when you need 'em? or should i stick my face to the screen to see the pixels?

Why would you want to see the individual pixels? It's really about increasing the overall sharpness and clarity of the phone, not to try and spot the pixels.

In 2013: Haha, you've still got 720p screen.
2014: Haha you still have 1080p display.
2015: This phone has only 2k display, it sucks.

What's the point of a run of the mill Chinese manufacture making a high res screen? It's probably going to be poorly optimized for efficiency and have terrible color reproduction.

1080p is 2k.... And while 720p and 1080p are perfect for your eyes, others welcome more perfection with the 2.5K/1440p displays.

I wish cellphone makers could stop in this pixel density wars and make a customization enable phones just like our PC. We can change the processor and gpu that would be really great.
