I think apples lawsuit against meizu for stealing their designs, from a year or so ago is a hell of a lot more legitimate than any other.

Even if this phone did show up in the U.S. I would be VERY skeptical about its legitimacy/reliability. You just never know when its a "not so well known" brand and it's the first to do anything. For the sake of awesome phones becoming more awesome, I hope its the real deal
