MediaFLO mobile TV gets expanded coverage

With the full transition to digital television almost upon us, being able to watch TV on a mobile phone is expanding. Qualcomm has announced today that their MediaFLO mobile TV service will be offered in 19 additional markets. Some of the areas seeing coverage are Atlantic City, NJ; Greensboro, NC; and Wilmington, DE. In addition to those newly expanded areas, some existing places will receive enhance coverage and service. We’ve seen quite a few handsets offering live TV service from AT&T and Verizon. Now that coverage is available in over 68 markets across the U.S., more handsets might look into the possibility of integrating this emerging service.

mobiletv is sweet. when i had the voyager it was awesome to watch on it.
