Low-end Samsung SM-G310 clears the FCC, runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat

We came across a new Samsung smartphone while sifting through the FCC's database this morning. The handset bears a model name SM-G310, and from the looks of it, we're dealing with an entry-level Android 4.4.2 KitKat device. As usual, the FCC is not giving us much in terms of technical specs. The papers do confirm, however, that the phone has a 4-inch screen and a 5.7Wh battery...
