We got to spend some time today with Lenovo's Intel-based Android slate, the K2110, here at the MWC expo, and liked the way it's proving the point that Intel can run Android well and efficiently. Well, still not like ARM, but the competition between Chipzilla and the lean, mean ARM Holdings, should do wonders for us consumers.

Here's to hoping this will not lead to further android fragmentation.

Intel's Medfield chipsets are actually single-core, not dual-core. It's still a nice SoC overall however, and it outclasses any other single-core mobile chip out there.

Fixed, thanks for the catch, it's the first-gen Medfield that is now Atom Z2460 still :-)

i guess with high end tablets running 1920x1200, HD resolution is not really a high end spec anymore, rather a usual spec found in tablets nowadays..
until there are real world reviews about it, i might skip this and go for the more proven ones..
