First of all, to #13.... the Samsung Omnia has TV out too. It also has an FM tuner, 5MP camera, and customizable Widgets. Secondly, this article disturbs me. Has PhoneArena lost its mind? Telling people how to cheat the cell company just to get a cool looking phone? I have Verizon service but I feel for Sprint on this matter. Where should I start? By now, everybody on this forum has at least minimal knowledge of the cell phone industry. We are all aware that just about every company requires a "Customer Service" agreement ( contract ) for service unless you opt for prepay. With that in mind, you have plenty of time to think about what you are about to do. "Hmmm, do I sign a contract or don't I?..." Not too hard is it? And if you decide to sign this "agreement", you usually have time to opt out of it. With that said, we are all aware that technology constantly changes. No matter how cool your device is, you would have to be absolutely clueless to think that there isn't something even cooler right around the corner. We all know this !!! It's something to think about when you are putting your "John Hancock" on that new contract. You have plenty of time to change your mind. But let's say you decide to get a contract.... what is a contract? It's an agreement ... and PhoneArena is telling people how to break that agreement. My God. There is absolutely no honor in this world at all. Do you really think these cell companies waste paper and ink for you to NOT read the contracts. That's what it's there for. And please don't say " ... who reads those anyways...". How about a person with at least an eigth of a brain? But this site wants you to know about ways to swindle themselves out of an agreement ... and for what? Just to get the next cool looking piece of technology. WOW!!!! That' all I have to say is ... WOOOWWW!!! Like spoiled little brats who kick and scream just to get their way. What next PhoneArena? How to cheat death? I can see it now ......... " If you get your arm cut off, just put a band aid on it and the Grim Reaper will think it's not your time to die....." Please people, have some dignity. Unless your SERVICE ( not phone's "coolness" ) is really horrible, honor your contract. Things like this article is the main reason why cell companies are coming up with new ways to "up" the charges. They lose too much because of scammers.

I agree with this guy. America is teaching our youth and not just youth but everyone if you make a big enough deal then you don't have to have consequences..Like he said you have choices and you also have time to not committ if you don't like the service, 30 days buyers remorse. and yah when you buy a phone there is always gonna be something that is gonna come out that is better.. stick it out show your kids and other people that yah its not the easiest thing but sometimes when you wait you end up getting a better opportunity.. GOOD stuff brikzforreal,

I do agree w/ brikz, good stuff, i don't know why so many have to argue, all in all i mean why not agree w/ stuff.. this whole topic was stupid if you ask me.. for some reason out of all the contracts you get.. people ALWAYS argue and get mad about cell phone contracts its the same thing as a car loan or something like that just a smaller amount, correct? why would you anna get out of a contract the reason you chose that company is beuase you liked them correct?? so why are you gonna look for ways to void the contract and get out ???
