Leaked specs sheet gives a little more insight into Verizon's Nokia Twist
We all know that Nokia has a big presence around the world – although probably not as much here in the US. Slowly and steadily we've been seeing some carrier branded Nokia devices hit our domestic wireless carriers. AT&T has been fortunate enough of late to be graced with the E71x and Surge. On the other hand, Verizon has mostly some flip handsets with the Nokia Intrigue probably getting the most exposure. We've recently reported how Big Red will be getting the Nokia Twist – which is geared towards the messaging crowd with its unique “twist.” Other than the previously mentioned news, it looks like it's being packed with Xpress-on Covers which will most likely give it a personalized look. From the numbers, it will have an almost square appearance with it's 2.71” x 2.71” x 0.59” dimensions. The price of the handset with a two year contract starts from $99.99 after $50 rebate. Either way, we'll see if this Nokia device will be a hit with the crowd over at Big Red.

Thanks to our tipster!

C'mon, what ever happened to that paper you signed about confidentiality? I mean jesus this is right off your computer... Its ok if phone arena seeks sources from our News Room or from lagitimate sources, but this is our buisness and livelyhood...this is the exact reason why Verizon will never tell anyone about an iPhone or ever get the iPhone because even your signiture isnt enough to keep your trust and releaseing proprietary information. The company will never trust us becasue of people like you...Your giving out the pricing, functions features, photots of our system, and release dates all in one....your basically giving away our secret ingrediants. This is OUR buisness and the competition gets thicker and YOUR job become less of a commodity...Think about it...dont be stupid.
