I would expect that the T-Bolt is coming sooner than later if companies have already made extended batteries for it. I say that Verizon/HTC not worry about the battery life, if that is the problem, and release the dang phone already.

verizon announced yesterday that the phone will be released on the 17th.

Enough is enough Verizon... Would it really have killed you guys to include a beefier battery?!? All the money we spend each month and you can't give a better battery? The EVO has a better battery and not even on LTE but you thought it wise and smart to add a battery to the Thunderbolt that is lesser in power to the EVO? I don't understand Verizon any more and I can't wait to see what is unveiled by Sprint on Tuesday... Paying $60 less on my bill seems like the way to go right now... I can't take Verizon being so cheap... And the argument that I'm getting better service doesn't hold up any more Verizon; just not true for my area any more...

Right, because Verizon manufacturers the devices and chooses the battery size...

Yes... because Verizon wants to spend months processing returns from unhappy customers due to battery life. Have you never heard the saying "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"? SO...lets do what this guy says and just release it and deal with the problems later.

We will see. Im for sure going to buy the phone tomorow. Try it out for a couple days, see how the battery life is with the 4g speeds. If it's horrible then no big deal. I will purchase another battery for it. Problem solved. I just can't wait to hold it in my hands :)

Do you know how expensive a 32 gb sd card is? All of those other phones are shipping with 16 gb and of course nobody complains that the 32 gb iphone model is 300 dollars. 250 is not too much for this phone when you are getting a crap load of space.

16. Whatigot (unregistered) posted on 16 Mar 2011, 19:04

my only question is if it will last a single day...if it does i will be perfectly fine! If it can go a day on heavy use for 5 hours and moderate to little use for the rest of the day Ill be cool. So what do you think can it?

18. DaveDaDude posted on 16 Mar 2011, 22:19 1

Here's another case of bad journalism. Verizon didn't officially announce the phone until recently yet this joker writes in his article that the phone has been delayed many times. Get it together Phonearena, this is why your site is considered a joke amongst the other tech blogs!

To everybody that say they cannot wait for the T-bolt, I'm with you all the way. VZW has by far the best 4g network using LTE technology. I'm super stoked for tomorrow. For everyone else that likes to post comments to hate on any wireless carrier and not just Verizon, why don't you hate to the actual company and not Phone Arena...I'm sure people are with me when I say, "SHUT THE EFF UP.."

For Napolean's post: Verizon does NOT manufacturer the product. You get a standard battery because thats what the manufacturer thought would be best for the phone and provide extended batteries if it doesn't meet to your standards.

Please think before you write people...
