comScore's latest MobiLens report on the state of the U.S. smartphone market for the three months ended in January; overall, there are now 101.3 million smartphone users in the States and of that total, a leading 25.4% of them are clutching a Samsung branded model...

don't make sense, aren't all ios phones, characterised as smartphones?
if so then apple would have 28.1% of the smartphone market and only 10.8 of mobile subscribers (incl. non-smartphones). Unless i am missing something?

Exactly, the picture with the brands clearly show that its Mobile subscribers (SmartPhones and Non-Smartphones) That needs to be fixed.
