Only thing that worries me now is the battery life . Well when 3G is introduced battery life is a problem now it has been solved .

I think that number is low. The US has about 330 million wireless phones and say 40% gets replaced in 2012, that gives us about 132 million phones. Say 20% of these replacement phones will be LTE phones, that would translate into 26.4 million phones just in the US based on these assumptions.
