here's a good idea. someone do a thread on a forum saying that if you can't buy the Nexus 4 from the Play Store in your Country then i'll buy it for you for a small profit. just have it shipped to their address on check-out. o:

nice Idea but not sure how its gonna work. no Nexus 4 in India. LG sucks.

True that. Really was hoping for the first LG NExus to be a hit in India. BUt this news just shatters that fream. Well, I guess I'll wait to buy my first ever NEXUS or will buy from other online websites that ship directly from USA to India. It's much cheaper that way. :)

Well, that takes the blame off of Tmobile it the US. They are not playing dirty pool with the pricing, LG is demanding more for it.
That also lends a lot of substance to my thoughts that Google is subsidizing the devices heavily through the Play store to push adoption and disrupt the carrier contract model.
And for that, Google, I say THANK YOU.

well , i believe this is publicly robbery , if this s*** company called lg sell the device as twice as usa price , i'd prefer to go with apple because despite being so greedy they did not go to this limit . or simply i'll go samsung sIII which is in great price right now .
plus what really really really makes nexus 4 so good is the price , not the updates not nexus brand and ofcourse not the s*** company called Low Garbage " LG " .

Of course this is Google's fault! Why is there no Playstore in many European countries? No Playstore for Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Switserland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, ...
Most Europeans can't buy it through the Playstore, while the European market is the one that is most interesting to sell the Nexus 4: we don't have LTE, many of us don't depend on contracts, ...
Only a few fortunate countries can buy this device at a reasonable price.
In the €600 price range, I have far more interesting options in Belgium (GS3, One X, Xperia T: they're all at least €100 cheaper) with more features like 32 GB storage, better camera's, SD-card slots, ...
This is the worst possible move by Google. The Nexus 7 can be bought at the same price as the Playstore is offering, so why is it not possible for the Nexus 4? Oh right! The Optimus G won't sell... like anyone would by another non-Nexus device from LG, since they're so famous for their update services!
Thanks, Google, nice way to piss off lots of people! You just don't make any sense anymore!
I wish someone would import them from Google Playstore countries to sell them cheaply!

Guys one serious question. I am based in Europe and has a friend right now in US who was supposed to fly back on 21st Novermber and thus me and my gf we both sold our phones as he was gonna bring us two nexus4. While now suddenly his return has been preponed to 17th Novermber. So can he order the phones at midnight of 12th November as soon as it is 13th or will he have to wait till morning and most importantly will he be able to recieve them by 16th latest?? Or will they be available in any stores in US at the same price as google store (I heard about LGs debacle in European pricing). So to sum up if he orders as soon as the order is up or so will he get them by 16 or can he buy them in stores at the same price? Bottomline will he be able to buy these two phones for me and my gf at the said price. Now we are really in soup here as both of us are using stone age old phones and have finances ready precisely enough to pay him back euros equivlant to the cost of two nexus4 at USD prices.. Thanks for every suggestion in advance

Well, just saw the hellfire going on at the playstore. It's a frenzy out there. Dunno when it will be in Stock Again. If your friend has already placed an order then it's well and good. Else, pick up from the stores but I think that only T-mobile on-contract N4's are being sold so I guess you'll have to buy them from Europe itself. Hope this helps. :)

This phone was my first option to get when it comes available here in the philippines but because of the news that it will be more expensive, i decided to buy galaxy s3 instead.
