LG optimus 4X looks really nice. And i like how they kept allot of the ICS theme. But!!! I would consider getting it BUT! the thing is LG is just horrible on updating there phones. Thats why im looking to what Motorola is going to offer or Samsung. Motorola is really good on listening to there customers and updates there devices allot even if its just for bugs. And im looking for a Samsung phone for the simple fact the SG2 was a beast.
I hope LG gets thigns together this year.

How is moto better at updates when they have yet to announce a full list of phones getting ics? Moto isn't updating the atrix, atrix 2, photon, xyboard, or razr until q3. Lg has announced a full list of which phones get ics, and all of those phones are getting it before q2. So how is motor better at updates when phones that are much newer aren't getting ics until after lg

That 4X 3D looks really good! LG is trying to make a comeback, but please...enough with bing. We want GOOGLE, on our Google/Android phones. Bing sux!

Looks like Lg have put in a good effort this year and good to see them trying to muscle with the best in android.
I must say the Vu is prob the worst designed phone ive seen in ages,i cant understand why they used the 4:3 ratio for a screen that size it looks awful,its an almost obsolete ratio nobody's uses anymore except for apple really but their screen and ios set up and ui has been rigid and without change or advancement over the years so they are forced to stick with it.

Most of Asia still uses 4:3. Lg has never said that the vu is coming stateside.

These guys are not playing around anymore.
They want that smart market the same way they used to dominate the "basic" sector.

Aside from the Moto Razr V3M all my basic and multimrdia phones were by LG. The enV Tough was one nice phone as was the Voyager, dare and VX8300.
Though they seemed to be lacking on the software front with their smartphone line.

have to admit the 4x looks very nice and the skin looks great and still has stock ics flavour to it inlike the sense 4.0. would have considered but its LG and i dont want a 4.7'' screen but seems like an impressive piece of kit.
