I'm not sure what in the world you've been testing seeing, or saw but according to LG the people who makes and invented the phone has not invented a CDMA version of the phone yet. Please shed us some light on how or who made a CDMA version of this phone? News Article Release Today: At the time, there was no 3G banding for the U.S., and the theory was that the 3G would be enabled later this year when the handset would be launched by Canadian carrier Telus as one of the first models on its new HSDPA network. Yesterday, a variant of the phone, the BL40g passed through the FCC carrying 3G connectivity on the 850 and 1900MHz bands. While Engadget is reporting that they have been told by LG that there is currently no plan to bring the "New Chocolate" to the U.S
