LG will incorporate a new noise reduction system in its phones
LG will incorporate a new noise reduction system in its future mobile phones. It is called DSE and the devices using it will have not one, but two separate microphones, each with its own task. One will be dedicated to capturing only the speaker’s voice, while the other background sounds. When the audio is captured, the phone will compare the input from both microphones and by using a special algorithm will filter the unwanted noises. The first devices with this new peace of tech are expected to emerge during the second half of 2009.
