Nothing like competition to provide features to the market.

I don't think there's another nexus device to appear not until 2013.

Google usually unveil a new nexus device whenever there's a new iteration of the android OS.

Given the fact that nexus 7 has been released, another nexus device(a smartphone) might not be plausible not until 2013.

but if ever google will again release a new smartphone nexus, I would rather have a new xperia nexus. That would be great I think.

A well integrated software to hardware device like xperia T and TX that beats most of the quadcore devices that are present as of now.

It/they will probably be announced on November 5th because it will be Android's birthday then.

True that. I wonder how many of the new toys will ship with JB? G-Note II and LG seem to be confirmed for JB. HTC? RAZR HD I don't think so.

Yeah. So far, if I cancel my contract, I'm choosing between the Optimus G or the G-Note on VZW. Just have to see how the battery compares to the HD MAXX.

I'm not into specs really but Nokia Lumia 920 has 600 nits luminance and 332 ppi pixel density so whats the fuss about "for the first time" for this LG ?

SGS3 has 330 nits and in gsmarena is THE BEST in sunlight test visibility (except 808 with biga$$ pixels)

My Optimus Black has 700 nits of brightness, and it's way older than the Lumia 920.

Too bad LG dropped Microsoft, and it doesn't exist a decent OS for desktops from others then Microsoft and Apple, - Ubuntu still has too many bugs and chrome OS isn't for desktops.

What I am trying to say is that if you use Windows 8 and a Windows Phone 8, you'll probably have it easier when it comes to syncing the devices calendars, and other stuff like that. (Same for Apple).

It's easier to use microsoft if you already use hotmail and skydrive + mocrosoft office, please think before commenting next time dumbasses ;)

i have all of that, but since my devices are google, i use Drive and such. You can set drive to automatically sync anything you download from the internet. So when I get on my school site and DL the latest powerpoint set, Drive sees it and syncs it to my devices automatically. Sharing notes with other classmates is beyond easy, and doing group study guides in real time with multiple users on PCs, tablets, and phones is a breeze.

the lg optimus 4x hd was the competitor to the galaxy s3

this one is actually a competitor to samsung galaxy s4

and in the first case lg lose

in the 2. lg will lose too..

lg was often the first phone with a new technologie (first dualcore processor)

but lg have never been the best..

and the software of lg is not so good...

samsung and htc are better.. but yeah its right that this phone will be a beast
but u will see the galaxy nexus 2 will beat the s**t out of this phone

lol there have been many nexus devices
non of these were like the galaxy nexus right?

google would be realy silly if the dont make galaxy nexus 2
right? if i was ggogle and i know that the galaxy nexus was the best nexus phone till now i would ask samsung 4 a nexus 2

but its still possible that many nexus devices are in production
but im almost shure that the best will be from samsung

and i actually like htc, samsung, lg moto and so on
but if u compare it samsung managed to put the most
consumer wishes together

htc - not msdslot no removable battery
lg - software was not as good as htc or samsung
and i prefer amoled ofer isp display

samsung tried realy to put real innovations in this phone
smartstay directcall and so on...

so i have only one choice for myself and it is samsung
but i like almost every androidphone producer
and even nonandroid the nokia l 920 is realy good but there is something missing for my favor...

but i respect everyone who made another decision
and i say its ok today almost every phone is quit on the same level..

but i hate apple i would never recommend someone to buy a iphone.

and u will see the iphone 5 will have only minor updates..
and the samelooking ios and almost samelooking device
