get the env touch dude!!! or get the storm if you utilize all the capabilities it has to offer.

it rly depends on if u want a smartphone or not. the env touch is probably the best non-smartphone from verizon, which imo is sick. cuz i dont want to pay for all those retarded fees that comes with a smartphone. mostly cuz i dont have the money haha. but yeah if u dont wanna pay for fees, but want a sick phone, go with the env touch. otherwise get a blackberry lol

I have had service with Sprint, Qwest (eons ago), and now Verizon. I have been with VZW now for 6 years and just now re-upped for another two year commitment. Since being with VZW I have only had LG phones, and I have never had a significant problem. Dropped call or two? Yeah, but only when I'm traveling via interstate highway (out in the boonies) or inside certain buildings. But it has happened so rarely, I haven't had one happen this year yet - due to more cell towers being constructed & stronger signal strength. When it comes to customer service, I have never been treated better. They lead the nation & most Fortune 500 companies in this regard, which really speaks well of the character behind the company's leadership. Are they perfect? Far from it. But I have been well taken care of by them for several years now. I just picked up the Env Touch the other day & so far am well pleased, and will be getting another for the second line in a week. They recently lowered the price from $149 to $99, and so I paid $50 out of pocket at the time, but as of today they're refunding me the $50 due to their price drop policy (30 days after purchase). They volunteered to call me next Thursday to confirm I've received the refund! I can only speak from my experience, so as for me & my household, we WILL be VZW customers for many, many years to come.

How did you get the refund? I just called and the lady was giving me a hard time saying that she was not aware they were refunding and that price cuts occur frequently? And I LOVE my enV Touch...but I would love it even more if i got $50 back! (I bought it right when it came out so I am eligable for the refund)

I guess you could get it if you "return" it and "buy" one for 99

It depends on how you purchased yours (in-store vs online). I bought mine online, so apparently you have to call their online services dept. She should have given you their number, because she is correct in saying they (her dept) couldn't resolve it, they said the same thing to me. I called the number she gave me & after verifying ID & password info, they began the refund process. Here's the number to call, just explain the situation: 866-338-7390
