woot woot .....look out droid 2, here comes this monster!! just playing , good news for kids who arent getting data packages but want to listen to music off their QWERTY keyboard phone

Not necessarily Godpapa, basically all of the 3G phones with some degree of multimedia capabilities require at least the $9.99 data pack, hence the Intensity and Cosmos being exempt. There are some 3G phones with multimedia capabilities (such as the Convoy) that were exempt, but those are the exceptions that prove the rule

that whole thing is stupid to me. Why require a data plan for anything thats not a smartphone. if someone is going to get a qwerty phone theyre most likely just going to text. i can see if the add on was optional but to require 10 bucks for dumb phones... come on. still ticked off about that.

I don't think this will replace the Cosmos because the Cosmos is out for those who don't want a data plan but a good messaging phone.

This wont replace cosmo this will replace the LG env Touch.
