LG Thrill 4G up for pre-order at Radioshack

The LG Thrill 4G, which is the AT&T variation of the LG Optimus 3D, is now up for pre-order at Radioshack just a couple weeks ahead of what is rumored to be an August 7 release date…

im super confused like every web site has different info on some sites like phonearena i see that the optimus 3d/thirll 4g has 512Mb of ram and then on this site(http://theandroidsite.com/2011/02/14/lg-announces-the-optimus-3d-dual-core-4gb-ddr-ram-tiny-battery/) and quite a few others i see that it has 4Gb of of ram now that sounds a bit outrageous but does anyone know 100% for sure

I have seen that a few places as well but I don't see how that can be correct to be honest... 512 MB is accurate
