First! Actually looks like LG will be first...then Thunderbolt.

if it's less than 2 months, I'll wait for the Revolution...I have 2 upgrades available so one is going to the Bionic...

I think Verizon has more problems than just the HTC Thunderbolt. LTE deployment may be having a snag with the FCC. Just an opinion.....

I've heard other companies' LTE being problems for the FAA's controls...but that could just be here say...

You are correct. Either phonearena or phandroid ran an article wherein they stated that verizon had to pull their lte radio towers due to interference. I think lte may have more problems than Wimax. Wimax doesn't penetrate or work with moving receivers and lte is going to cause communication problems for more important areas. Maybe Tmobile and At&t have been accidentally smart by going with their HS-whatever radios. Faster speeds without all the interference (lte) or disabilities (Wimax). I wonder why it was not mentioned in this article or any other article that deals with verizon's apparent slacking.

how? i thought LTE (for talking, not data) wasnt ready? or is it? and if it isnt does it support cdma?

The revolution will support LTE data and CDMA voice for now. The voice over LTE functionality has been said to be arriving at a later date through an update. Then again it was said to be coming In 2012 so either verizon has long term plans for the device or it will be getting the update much sooner.

I think "Revolution" sounds much better for the first LTE phone than "Thunderbolt", but some EVO fanatics will probably cry foul.
