Prepaid wireless carrier Cricket just announced that it is adding a new Android smartphone to its lineup – the LG Optimus Regard. It is a fairly mid-range offering, but what is being touted about the device is that it offers 4G LTE connectivity. In fact, this is the carrier's first LTE smartphone you can buy and it is available in select regions for a price of $250 or $230 if ordered online...

They paid a 1.2 ghz duial core processor with a 480x320 display? WHY? They couldnt at least go WVGA, really?
