At MWC, LG introduced the sequel to its LG Optimus L line, including the LG Optimus L7 II, which is being released in Germany for €249 ($324 USD) from Amazon Germany, which is only taking pre-orders at this point, and includes free-shipping; even though this is a mid-range model, it has a rather large 2,460mAh battery which should power the device all-day...

Oh come on those specs are definitely NOT midrange!!! its a damn low end phone!....mid rangers these days are the dual Snapdragons that you find in S3's, Xperias and Z10's.....and uhm....for $324 you'd better off with a 1080p generic China phone.

i don't know anybody in the right mind who would choose this phone with its low specs over something amazing like the nexus 4.

If the Nexus 4 was sold for $350 everywhere then there wouldn't be any need for other phones in the same price range -_-

Not everybody can afford the unsubsidized price of the Nexus 4.

This phone will sell probably fro $250, which is much cheaper than the Nexus and a good price tag for a mid-low ranged smartphone.
People in this site forgets too easily than prices in Europ allways include taxes, while in the US they don´t.
So the correct translation is: 250€ (with taxes in Europe) = $250 (without taxes in the USA)
That´s what happens in 99% of the cases, including the Nexus 4, that costs 300/350€ in Europe.

The problem with you guys, everything with lesser specs than Nexus 4 is not worth buying because Nexus 4 is so cheap, when Nexus 4 costs $600 or higher in most countries. The ignorance of you people enjoying a lot of phone subsidies especially in the USA is definitely indescribable. I might have read this "why dont buy nexus 4/7/10 when it;s so cheap" statement for hundreds of times already from various sites. Ignorance is bliss huh.
