LG Optimus L7 II Dual leaks with a 4.3-inch screen and massive battery

Today, we've come across evidence suggesting that the LG Opitmus L lineup is to be refreshed with new handsets. The LG Optimus L7 II Dual was just leaked on the web along with hardware specs and a couple of legitimate-looking press photos of it. What is known about this new mid-ranger is that it will work with two SIM cards at the same time, hence the name, and will feature a dedicated button for switching between them...
