Physical home button equal much better wake up from stand by ergonomics. Unless they include the swipe to wake up from the Z10, I still want a physical home button.

A capactive home button adds nothing except it looks cooler.

A physical home button adds

-harder to press accidentally
-a wake up button to wake up your phone easily.
-Something you can feel out in the dark with no lights.
