Having been displayed at CES and MWC, the LG Optimus Black has already received pre-orders from 56 carriers in 50 countries; the device will launch in Europe later this month before heading to North America...

This isnt new. Euro always get better phones and gets them first like the Main Galaxy s devices or the true HTC devices(By true i mean HTC Sense doesnt get its feature deducted like the HTC inspire or the HTC thunderbolt.).
