We probably should have expected that, right? After AT&T announced its plans to buy T-Mobile, now the LG Optimus 3D, which is to be released by AT&T with the LG Thrill 4G name...

Well, considering these types of deals are made months ahead of time and the Tmo buyout was finalized until recently, I'd say this has nothing to do with the buyout.

the optimus 3d has always been rumored to be a Tmobile phone. Thats nothing new and nothing to do with the buyout. If it were engineered with the buyout in mind, it would have both ATT and Tmobile frequencies in it.

Nak, the tmo buyout isnt anywhere near finalized. It was "announced as an intention to buy". It still has to clear the hurdles the FCC throws at it before it can be finalized.
