No shock here, folks. They are not very good phones - most of their models with AT&T were terrible. VU was pretty good - INCITE sucked, ARENA, already out the door, EXPO, cool idea, but not selling....they basically on sell with VERIZON customers, and that will stop, now that their customer are finally able to buy some better phones....

Well yea no $hit, LG is just pushing out their phones way too slowly without many continental publicity.

decrease due to required data plan per carrier. I see it first hand. None of mid tier phones sell...NONE

It has nothing to do with required data plan as smartphones are the biggest sales category with most carreirs, especially AT&T who has the most smartphones and has been a leader for a while....now, if they can come out with good ANDROID phones....

I have to agree...from what I've seen of LG, they don't have the best phones in the world. They are big at Verizon, but Verizon is pushing smartphones more than their messaging and basic phones. Hell, I think that's the case overall. I think sells will be low if they can't adjust and put out better phones.

Blame it on "mandatory data" at all these carriers. LG has some really nice mid-range phones, but the carriers screwed it up for them.

Yep, Verizon really stabbed LG in the back with this mandatory data surcharge fiasco. They were all buddy-buddy back when the VX8300 and the ENV line were so popular and fueled Verizon's growth, but now who the heck would ever buy the VX8360, especially when its direct basic flip phone counterpart the Motorola W766 doesn't require the extra $10-30/month? Sales of LG's mid-range phones like the ENV3 and their various touch feature phones all tanked as well due to them requiring data. LG needs to apply pressure to Verizon to get their phones off the data extortion list, like Motorola did. After they screamed bloody murder, the Motorola Rival mysteriously disappeared from the official data list debut, and the W766 was stealthily removed not long after.

lg makes good phones i have one and love it the problem is lg sticks to a smaller form factor and 2 yrs of dealing with a tiny phone and tiny buttons makes me want to pull my hair out i got big hands i need a form factor that fits my hands which means bigger screens and phones. were talking go nuts lg 3.9 inch screen or 4.2 inch screen
