I think 'Price' is the main culprit in most of the sales cases except iPhones.

Not exactly, all high end phones are pretty much the same price so it isn't like one has a leg up on the other. The problem is that they took a risk with a "unique" button placement which isn't exactly too conventional and if people didn't like it, the product will largely fail. Another reason is that there is barely any differentiation when comparing to others with equivalent handsets, so why go with a company that was previously known for bad software and support.

In my country (prices converted to USD)
S4 16 GB - $550
One 32 GB - $562.5
G2 16GB - $575

Only $25 more than S4. Dont think the price is high when its put into perspective.

The main reasons arr that normal people think it's ugly, uncomfortable with buttons behind and they don't like LG's brand

Lmfao you're weird. The S3 looks really ugly. I had an iPhone 4, S3, S4, and LG G2. The S3 was really the ugliest. It was thin sure, but the sides were built strangely and the button was too thin and placed too low. The S4 improved on the looks but the microslim bezel look is the only thing I missed, which I love on my G2

What normal person considers it ugly? You may not like the back button placement, but other than that it is a great looking phone. In fact you are the only person I've seen say its not visually pleasing. Even my mom likes it and just picked it upi this last Friday.

Sluggish sales doesn't make the phone any less, it just means it wasn't marketed well.

Nope, that's what you get for going with 16/32gb options and in a lot of regions only the 16gb model is available officially. Not to mention that carriers also sell the 16gb version. You can make phones without storage expension capabilities, but then again you must go with bigger internal storage like 32/64gb.

This is my only concern and the main reason that I haven't had my S4 replaced yet by a G2.

That's the main reason why I was interested in that particular phone. And I'm surprised that nobody did this years ago.

Not every country has unlimited 3g or 4g which leads to people relying on microsd cards and not every country has 24 hours electricity leading to people expecting removable battery.

Note 3 is better :

1. 3gb ram
2. bigger screen
3. stylus
4. fastest android phone in the world
5. removable battery.
6. good update record.

Note 3 is the fastest android phone in the world...yet.

We are talking about a phone. I assume 5.2" is the biggest we can ever go with a phone. So bigger screen is a point of comparison in this case.

And by fastest phone you should be referring to the Snapdragon 800. Which both G2 and Note 3 has. I assume by fastest you were meaning to say itss got larger RAM. Yes Note 3 has 3GB ram but that does not make the processor/gpu any faster.

1. 3gb ram.. Unnecessary really.
2. Bigger screen.. With a bigger form factor, which is a con rather than a pro.
3. Stylus.. A niche, even for the Note 3 fans.
4. Fastest android phone in the world.. Not sure where you got them from, the Nexus 5 boots up faster.
5. Removable battery.. Granted, it's a nice thing to have.
6. Good update record.. The Note 2 and S3 recieved the 4.3 update 2 or 3 days ago.

It also doesn't help that LG is notoriously slow with their updates. Still running 4.1.2 on my g pro.

The only complain about LG. If only would have make updates faster and supported 2 year old devices it would easily become a superior company than Samsung.
