The LG Fantasy E740 has not been announced by LG yet, but still the Windows Phone flavored model is up for sale at the XDA developers Forum; the person selling the phone purchased it from someone who was testing the unit...

that video is beyond s**tty. there's no excuse for it since this guy isn't bound by any non-disclosure contracts from LG.

Yeah but I don't think LG would like a handset that says "Not For Sale" on the back to be sold. Especially one that hasn't been announced to the public yet.
