One of the phones that LG will be using to reassert its position as the premier manufacturer of Windows Phone 7 devices, at least for the initial launch, is the touchscreen-only E900. It has been spotted recently on the pages of the Global Certification Forum, which approves GSM devices a few weeks before launch, with quad-band GSM, and 900/2100MHz 3G, which means the device is heading to Europe.
Considering some inside scoops from Microsoft that WP7 will be having a handset in Europe first, the E900 might as well be the first Windows Phone 7 device to hit the shelves.
Some other interesting details have been caught from the latest video, which shows the LG E900 in action, which we are embedding below. A frame with the system information, taken from the video, shows 16GB of internal storage, and the "VDF-UK" string in the software version, which might mean launch on Vodafone UK. Moreover, one of the first leaks about the device from a Microsoft's employee in Netherlands also showed Vodafone branding on the home screen. Just as a refresher, the device should come with 3.7" capacitive touchscreen, 1GHz Snapdragon, and 5MP camera with flash, which will be capable of 720p HD video capture.

The WP7 device used in the video is not an actual final built of the phone, so we can only hope that the actual final build will be better.
