OMG A QWERTY KEY BOARD THAT HASNT BEEN DONE BEFORE..........THE ONLY THING WE SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR IN PH0ONE NOW IS A STABLE OPERATING SYSTEM. Lets face it this phone, probably has a poor transmitter they keep getting cheaper because people are using them for texting it doenst take much to send a text so the "walked up the hill both ways in the snow" generation are gonna be pissed now that we are making phone that have a hard time making a friggin phonecall. its a cell phone emphasis on the "!phone!'......

^^^^^^^^^ To much latte there buddy, So Im guessing this is a phone for someone who wants to look like they are carrying a pda but are too stupid to bother with one. I get it, but I think this may be a bad thing for phones.

Wow legion, you sound like a jerk right now. If soemone doesn't want to use a smartphone, they are all of a sudden stupd and incompetent. I think that this phone is actually a perfect design for people who like texting. Why should you have a slider keyboard or a phone that flips to show a keyboard when you could just have the keyboard right in front of you the whole time. And you guys should realize that smartphones cannyave that design like blackberries, all tochscren like the iPhone, slider like the palm pre, and clamshell design like the pearl flip. Why is it so bad that the phones take on this design? I disagree that the phone is made for 11 year olds. I think it's for people who want to text but don't really care about all those smartphone features. I bet all lot of people will actually have this phone.

Yeah E.N your right he sounds like a real idiot that is ignorant to the fact that everyone isnt a poser or maybe everyone doesnt like pda. Come on Legion think before you say very blunt statements.

It looks like a kids phone...something for your 11 year old kid with unlimited texting.

i think for $30 this is a perfect phone for kids, simple, text based and basic internet ccapabilities and it looks like daddy's pda deff gonna be a big seller

I agree.

9. Jyakotu posted on 31 Mar 2009, 16:56

While I don't think it's the most attractive phone around, $30 is the perfect price for this type of phone. It gives kids that "cool" factor because it has the looks of a smartphone, without the smartphone price.
