Additionally, the next full-sized Apple iPad takes its design cues from the Apple iPad mini, which can be easily noticed by comparing the two tablets...

What are you talking about? The OG Mini was $320. I agree it's not the lowest price out there, especially for the specs, but it's much lower than $500.
Considering the Mini 2 will most likely be priced similarly to the Mini 1, the "low priced" Mini, if it exists, would likely be lower than $320.

still tho, the only way apple gives you a deal is on their old outdated crap that was outdated when it was new so, how is that a good deal for anyone? Ya, I am looking right at you mini 1 with 1024x768 display oh and you too iPad 2.. oh and all the S versions of anything. I could go on and on but you get the point

No, the are going to re release the original mini and call it the iPad mini C so the sheep will think they are getting something new and rebuy what they already have. Brilliant yet desperate.

Apple's way of circumventing "budget" devices: continue selling 2.5 year old devices in the iPad 2 and (2.5 in spec-years anyways) the iPad Mini 1. Given their longer-than-normal product lifespan, I'd be amazed if the iPhone C is marketed as "budget" after all.

I hope they come in champagne! Or light blue! Or dark blue! Or charcoal! Or gunmetal! Or teal! Or gold (not champagne)! Or off-white! Or garnet-red! Or a granier-picture of the garnet-red model! Or a high-rez picture of all of them together! Or them coming off the assembly line! Or poorly-rendered prototype that some graphic designer put together just for fun!
Whatever the color, I expect (nay, DEMAND) PhoneArena be at the forefront of reporting each and every leak. It's what I've become accustomed to here.
