Adding to its patent infringement allegations against Apple and HTC, Kodak now is including Samsung to its list of culprits alleging that the Korean based manufacturer illegally used 5 digital imaging patents that belong to the Rochester based photography giant...

Not if someone doesn't buy Kodak half dead ass first. Who will be the first to try and assume all that debt or perhaps they'll just wait it out in court until Kodak files for Chapter 11? Then come swooping in to pick apart the carcass?

i shouldn't judge since i don't know much about kodak's history, but i'm hoping that samsung, htc, and... apple... doesn't lose this case...
