Four Australian carriers have announced that they will be offering the Samsung Galaxy S 4 once the device is ready to launch in the country although no specific date has yet to be released; Telstra, Optus and Vodafone each put up a web page for the phone where prospective purchasers can leave their email address to be informed about any new information...

I saw the play on "quality," in the title, so I thought it was a good phone. Then I saw S4, and realized you were being ironic. Well played.

The quality is in there internals, features and software. Its more than just a "pretty face ", like certain smartphones.
